Live, Mostly
Aaron Jonah Lewis & Ben Belcher
These recordings were made during Thomas Dolby’s month-long tour of North America in 2012. Aaron and Ben played the opening set each night and these are some of the recordings from that tour. In addition to the live recordings, Aaron and Ben included a few classic banjo duets recorded at Ben’s home in Alabama in 2017.
“They blew the audience away. A half-hour of standards, obscurities and charming banter later, the decidedly hip multi-instrumentalists received one of the most thunderous ovations of any opening act I’ve witnessed in quite some time.” -PopMatters
